If I purchase a VIP package do I have to continue paying for it every month?
No, VIP Packages have no commitment and can be cancelled after your first month/payment.
How do I cancel my rank subscription?
To cancel your subscription you can do so through Tebex and the email you received when you became a VIP
Can Super Rare/Rare dinosaurs be tamed?
No these dinosaurs only drop loot, they cannot be tamed.
What's the decay timers?
Structures and Dinosaurs are automatically wiped after 10 days of not logging on. Some un-snapped structures may decay sooner. VIPs get 2x decay timers.
If I play on PVP can I bring items/dinos over to a different cluster? (and vice-versa)
You cannot. These clusters are separate worlds. However, your rank and monthly benefits are on every cluster.
I lost my stuff due to a bug/crash, can I get it back?
No, unfortunately we do not reimburse items lost due to bugs/crashes. On rare occurrences we may reimburse some items. We may reimburse items purchased from our Webstore, such as crates or kits.
